This is for
1541-1571 Drive Alignment & Utility Disk.
For the Commodore 64/128. Comes with instructions.

You don't need anything else but the disk to realign your drive.
(You do have to remove the cover and disconnect the power supply to access the stepper motor-Instructions Included).
The instructions are written by a computer engineer. You do NOT need a calibration disk either. You just use this disk.
There are also two other programs on the disk, drive aligner, and drive aligner for unit 9.
When these are run they check the disks and move the head to the proper position.

There are a variety of disk programs on the reverse side of the disk. There is a program when run tells you the track (and half track) you are on. It also tells you if there is an error and alignment condition. Using this you then can adjust the stepper motor for correct alignment. If your disk cannot load, then on the CD is a similar program you type into your computer then run. Includes a video and instructions on setting the speed of the 1541 drive.
NOTE: Someone else is selling a copy of my disk for 8.99 - 9.99, however it does not come with the extra programs and does NOT include the CD. Here is the person - jondgee 702 -
